Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to Aurora Cottage — a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home and part of the Northern Sky Cottages, a unique collection of three neighboring homes (Aurora, Astra, and Luna) that can be booked individually or together for larger groups.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, plus an infant.
Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed with Smart TV for added comfort and relaxation. Guest Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with cozy linens and inviting décor. Living Room (First Floor): Queen pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.

“I don’t think any place is worth $4000.00 for one week. Theres was many other places charging more. It is what it is. Traverse City is an expensive place to stay in general.”
“This location is about as good as it gets. We appreciated the clear communication and lots of little touches that made our stay easy. We loved that the light switches are labeled and that the kitchen came fully stocked with everything we wanted it to have.”
“We loved the location of this property. Very walkable and in a beautiful neighborhood close to the main drag, restaurants and parks. The allow pets so it was very nice to take our dog out for a walk in such a great neighborhood. The home is nice but older, so electrical outlets are sparse, and upstairs is hotter than the rest of the house (we stayed during 80 degree days). We ran into a couple other issues during our stay but I’ll leave those in the private section because they don’t seem to be ongoing issues.”
