How do I book?
Search for a home, open the listing, and send a stay request with your dates. We confirm availability and send a quote the same day whenever we can. Instant checkout is coming — for now every stay is confirmed by our team.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Most homes check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are often possible if the calendar allows — ask when you request the stay.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the home and the HOA. Each listing says whether pets are permitted. If you are traveling with a dog, filter for pets or mention it in your request so we can point you to a home that works.
What is included in the rate?
Nightly rates on the site are before taxes and stay fees. Your quote will include cleaning, the accidental-damage waiver, and applicable taxes. We do not add surprise platform service fees.
What is the damage waiver?
Most stays include a $250 accidental-damage waiver. It covers ordinary accidents. It does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess. Tell us right away if something happens.
