Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Happy Trails,” a bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2n floor condo perfectly located near downtown Traverse City. With easy access to the TART Trail, this inviting retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay—ideal for families, couples, and small groups.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, rollaway twin, ensuite bath, and closet space. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s games are also provided.
- Second Bedroom: King bed with access to the second full bath.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

“We really enjoyed our four-night stay in Traverse City! The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the area. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Our only surprise was that the space was a little smaller than we expected from the photos. It worked well for our stay, but it was definitely a bit cozier than we anticipated. Overall, we had a great visit and appreciated having such a convenient place to stay while enjoying Traverse City!”

“Great, clean location that is pet friendly (although we did not bring our dog this trip, we saw a ton of them.) Condo was clean and had a lot of extras, like a rollaway bed, extra toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. The condo building is not really near too much for walking, but is a short drive or a bike ride from everything. All in all, great hosts, great stay!”
