Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “After Dune Delight,” a newly renovated riverfront cottage in the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes. Featuring two open-concept kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining, fireplaces, a hot tub, and 5 kayaks for guest use, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. Enjoy a short walk or float to Lake Michigan or downtown Glen Arbor for the ultimate Northern Michigan escape.
🐾 Pet Policy – Pet fee is $250 per stay for up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each). Please notify us in advance so we can prepare pet amenities. While we strive to minimize allergens, guests with sensitivities should be aware. Use provided sofa covers and designated towels for pets. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

“Glen Arbor is a wonderful place to visit. We used the home as a base to climb the dunes, kayak, take out a pontoon boat on Glen Lake, and go stargazing. We had amazing weather for our entire trip. The home was a good space for 2 families totaling 4 adults and 6 kids, with the kids taking up the upper levels. We had a couple of issues (Yellowjacket nest near the kayaks, need for a vacuum to clean up sandy floors, torn blind), but the rental agency was quick to respond. We did ask for an early check-in (20 minutes earlier than the check-in time) and were told we would be charged a fee, so we just hung out around town for 20 minutes, which worked fine for us.”
“The house was perfect for our family vacation. Only 5 min from downtown Glen Arbor which we went to every day of our stay. Having two floors of kitchens was very helpful with a big group and the river access in the back yard was perfect for our young children. We spent every day in the river! Most importantly, Dandan and team provided exceptional communication and were very prompt and professional. Probably the best communication I have had from a host! We very much enjoyed the property!”
“We loved this house! Perfect for a multi-generational family trip, both the house and Glen Arbor area exceeded expectations. We had 5 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs and this house accommodated for all. The outdoor living space is great, and you can’t beat the ambiance sitting right on the river. I would definitely recommend!”
