Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Hygge“, a modern 3-bedroom townhome located in the heart of Traverse City. With 1,400 sq. ft. of stylish living space, this family-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, beaches, wineries, and downtown shops — making it an ideal home base for families or groups visiting the area.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: Each of the three bedrooms offers cozy comfort after a day of exploring Traverse City.
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, a Pack ’n Play crib and highchair stored in the closet. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, one twin chair foldout, one twin rollaway bed and one queen pull-out sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests plus an infant — a rare find in the center of Traverse City!

Great location (and next door to the best greasy spoon in town- Round's), plenty of space, bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 8, well-stocked with all of the basics, and thoughtful additions like games, (tons of) dog supplies, and baby gear. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful as well. Thank you for offering such a nice lodging option and we look forward to booking with you again the next time we're in town!”
“We loved this condo for our girls trip! We had everything we needed. We all slept well with plenty of room. Even with 6 of us, we always had hot water. They offered suggestions for local places and responded quickly to my questions. Everything was just as they said before we arrived. Checkout was clear and very simple.
