This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 11 people!

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs, 50 lbs each, are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ The bright, open-concept sleeping area features a queen-size bed and a full futon, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Families traveling with little ones will find a Pack ‘n Play, toys, and children’s games available for use. Pet amenities are also provided for your furry friend’s comfort.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Enjoy a modern full bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with marble tile and a spacious vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located between the studio and garage, with laundry supplies provided.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆ The open-concept kitchen and living area offer a comfortable space to cook, dine, and relax. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee/tea station, and an island with seating for three. After a meal, unwind on the pull-out sofa, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a book or board game from the collection. A high chair and children’s dinnerware are also provided for families.
