Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to CitySide Lofts – The Haven, a stylish and comfortable second-floor condo designed for guests looking to experience Traverse City with both convenience and relaxation. Located just minutes from downtown while offering a quieter south-facing setting, this inviting retreat is ideal for beach trips, winery weekends, food tours, business travel, or extended stays.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bedroom featuring a private en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa located in the living room.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and “retired” towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the unit.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a second-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building.

“We were looking for a place by the Hagerty Center for a conference, and on the free bus line to downtown. We figured out it’s close to an awesome bike rental place (Brick Wheels) and ended up biking all around the waterfront and town! When we first entered, we saw the dog bed, toys, and bag of treats in the living room and thought we might have entered the wrong unit, but quickly realized its just extra hospitality for pet guests. Wish I had my dog with me! We appreciated a clean, quiet apartment for us weary travelers. Thank you!”
