Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to CitySide Lofts – The Ledge, a thoughtfully styled second-floor condo designed for guests looking to experience the energy of Traverse City while enjoying a comfortable place to recharge. With a modern atmosphere, functional layout, and unbeatable location close to downtown, this inviting space is ideal for weekend getaways, winery trips, business travel, or extended stays.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and “retired” towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the unit.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a second-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building.

“Great place to stay! It was walkable from several parks and restaurants. Also nice to have it be kid friendly with a pack and play already there.”
“Pros: Pet-friendly! Toys, treats, a bed, and dishes! Did not hear neighbors (and the building was full!). Windows were great at blocking road noise. Location was good for driving to various attractions in TC. Rooftop deck was lovely. Communication was proactive. Washer & dryer in the unit were handy. Cons: The furniture is tired - especially the beds. We left a night early to save our backs. The dining table was a folding table and chairs (temporary, I hope!). Kitchen supplies could use a refresh. Opening the windows for fresh air meant hearing A LOT of road noise. The proactive offer of paying to check-in early/check-out late didn't math, and a first for us.”
