Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to CitySide Lofts – The Nest, a thoughtfully designed second-floor retreat blending comfort, convenience, and modern city charm. Perfect for couples, families, small groups, or extended stays, this cozy urban escape comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king suite, queen bedroom, and double sleeper sofa.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and “retired” towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the unit.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a second-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building.

“It worked for the short time we were there. Definitely a little bit of a walk to the down town shops. We were on the second floor and the people above were very loud, at all hours. Apartments are like that though, thin walls. But if you’re a light sleeper might not be great. They definitely need some maintenance done on somethings. But overall it was ok. Easy to find, easy to get in. There’s also a park near by that my kids loved.”
“This location was beautifully furnished and clean. There were plenty of towels and shower necessities were included. The property manager was responsive to any inquiries and helpful with repairing the router for the WiFi. The mattress on the pullout is much too thin and not comfortable for anyone to rest on. Recommend bringing a hot air mattress if 6 adults are occupying. The location is very close to downtown and many restaurants. The beach is across the street. The upstairs outdoor patio is adequately furnished with plenty of seating - we utilized this space daily. The quiet, peaceful neighborhood was also a plus. We will definitely stay again if in the area.”
