Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “Trailside Retreat” a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the sought-after Trailside 45 community. Designed for comfort and convenience, this pet-friendly getaway offers a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, in-unit laundry, dedicated parking, and access to the building’s shared lounge and gathering space.
Whether you're visiting for work, adventure, or a relaxing Northern Michigan escape, you'll find everything needed for a memorable stay.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

“We enjoyed the stay. It was minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from most of the vineyards. Awesome place!”
“We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect with everything we needed and plenty of space. Vac The location right next to the TART trail was perfect for dog walks. The building is clean and we felt very safe. Close to Front St. and beaches. Communication from host was great. We would definitely stay again.”
“Overall, our stay was great! Close to Traverse City downtown and clean space. Minutes to everything. The only minor complaint I have is that it said it said there was room darkening shades, and there was not. Very bright in the bedroom in the early morning.”
