Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to "L Studio", a newly refreshed ground-floor condo offering a cozy and stylish stay just minutes from everything Traverse City has to offer. This pet-friendly studio is ideal for couples or small families with an infant looking for a comfortable base near beaches, trails, restaurants, and downtown attractions.
This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people!
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

“Dissapointing Positive: The kitchen was the best feature of the room. Negative: The room was small. There was little counter space in the bathroom, even though there was room for a larger vanity. It would have been nice to have a regular coffee table in front of the couch instead of a footrest. It was noisy from the unit above. My wife had difficulty sleeping one night due to partying from above. Don't think this was worth $250.00 per night.”
“Would highly recommend! Positive: The place was so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the little kitchen which we made good use of. Hosts have thought of everything including toothbrushes and tampons! Negative: I wasn’t thrilled with the tiny windows which provided no natural lighting. Was difficult to do makeup. Also, I did ask to check in a couple hours before 4:00 and was told I would be charged extra so we passed but was not impressed.”
