Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “The Emerald Nest”, a warm and inviting townhouse in the heart of Traverse City. Walk to beaches, breweries, and restaurants, then come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
The home has been recently refreshed and no longer features the original neon theme. Some décor and colors may differ from the photos, while the layout and amenities remain the same. Updated professional photos are coming soon!

- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, chair, plus Pack & Play, toys, and children’s games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dual nightstands with reading lamps, closet.
For extra flexibility, a twin roll-out bed is available, allowing the home to sleep 7 guests + 1 infant. A rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

“Accommodations are very nice. The place is well furnished and comfy. The kitchen is well organized and equipped with an impressive collection of clean cookware, kitchen tools and serving pieces. The neighborhood is conveniently located, quiet & feels safe. If you book the "Neon Nest" for its wild and crazy colorful decor you will surely be disappointed as they have changed the decor to a much more subtle format but as of the time of our stay had not yet posted updated photos or web description. The new decor includes forest green walls with a fun array of art pieces. Remnants of the old neon decor include colorful bedspreads, fun furniture pieces and neon accents. The third floor bedroom area struggles to stay cool on very warm summer days. Opening windows helps. Also, if you are sensitive to stairs this may not be the place for you as their are two long flights. If you bring a dog, their is an entire cabinet of creature comfort items. Well equipped for babies too. Overall recommend.”

“This is a great townhome with a lovely front deck on the second floor. The kitchen is well-equipped; they provide ample cleaning supplies and toiletries. There is an entire cabinet full of pet supplies and part of the closet in the MBR is packed with baby equipment. The master bath is large with a double sink vanity. The communication is prompt and clear. It is in a great location close to major thoroughfares in Traverse City. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”
