Pet towels, sofa covers, and amenities provided for your furry friends. 🛋️ Spacious & Modern – Stylish 3-bedroom townhome with open-concept living and over 1,400 sq. ft. of space. ☀️ Ideal for Families & Groups – Sleeps up to 8 guests plus an infant, with thoughtful touches for kids and plenty of room to unwind.
Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “The Harbor,” a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome perfectly located near downtown Traverse City. This modern retreat offers comfort, convenience, and contemporary style — just minutes from top wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, and shopping.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant — a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhome includes 2 and half bathrooms, so everyone has space to get ready. The primary ensuite offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there’s a half bath conveniently located on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and quality essentials.
