Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to “The Marina,” a beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome in the heart of Traverse City. Featuring a sleek kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, and on-site parking, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience — close to local wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All three bedrooms are located on the third floor:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus Pack ‘n Play and high chair for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, and cozy décor. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to host up to 8 guests plus an infant comfortably — a rare find in central Traverse City!
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home offers two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor. The primary ensuite features a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, while the second full bath offers a shower/tub combo. The half bath off the kitchen adds convenience for group stays.

“Clean, cozy, and quiet! We were traveling with a group of 5 kids and passing through TVC for a few days on our way home up north. When traveling with kids, I HATE hotels. Adam’s place we truly what we needed after spending several days at Cedar Point. The location was great, close to everything we needed but more importantly QUIET. I sat in the balcony with morning coffee or my evening drink and the only noise was the neighbor watering his yard, which was perfect. Inside, the house was pristine! I was pleasantly surprised by the bath and kitchen amenities; everything was provided! The beds were clean, comfy; it felt like home. We would 100% recommend and for sure stay again when traveling thru TVC.”
