Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to Sage Solace Studio, a thoughtfully designed studio retreat in the Walnut Complex. Featuring calming sage tones, warm natural textures, and cozy modern finishes, this inviting ground-floor studio offers a peaceful place to relax after exploring Traverse City. Designed for up to 2 guests and 1 infant, the space combines comfort, style, and convenience just minutes from Northern Michigan’s best attractions.
This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people!
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.
This is a ground-floor unit, and neighboring units are located above and beside the studio, so some noise may occasionally be heard.

A smart TV and inviting lounge area make it easy to unwind after a day exploring Traverse City. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the included Pack ‘n Play and high chair for added convenience.

“We had an awesome stay here—it felt super safe and the check‑in/check‑out process was incredibly easy. The studio had everything we needed and was perfect for resting between all our exploring. We walked and biked everywhere—downtown, the beach, the TART Trail, and tons of great food spots. The space feels fresh, new, and really well decorated, plus having the garage for our bikes was a huge bonus. We’d definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back.”
“We had a great time during our stay. The place was FABULOUS! So clean, pristine and the baby accessories were a plus! Made traveling A LOT lighter! Unfortunately the sounds from upstairs was really a damper on our first night but that’s something that can’t be helped for the host as they were EXTREMELY responsive when asking questions, etc about place! Would definitely stay with Dandan and Costal Stay!”
“Our stay was wonderful! The Airbnb was immaculate as it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We brought our dog with us and the host provided us with dog bowls, and a dog bed which was very nice for our trip! The location is also wonderful as it is minute drives from popular water fronts, restaurants and front street! There is a garage that is attached right to the condo which was very convenient and street parking! I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and it did fit in the garage but it was a tight squeeze! Would definitely recommend the Sage Solace!”
