With peaceful bay views, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to both the beach and downtown attractions, this condo provides the perfect home base for your Northern Michigan getaway.
Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting living space with large sliding glass doors that frame the sparkling waters of Grand Traverse Bay. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, while the cozy living area offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Located right along the shoreline, you’ll be surrounded by excellent dining and entertainment options. Grab your morning coffee across the street at Cup of Joe or enjoy an evening meal at Hopscotch Tap Room. Downtown Traverse City, Front Street shops, wineries, and breweries are only a short drive away, making it easy to experience everything the area has to offer.
Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.
☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ The spacious bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with soft linens designed for a restful night's sleep. A large closet provides ample storage, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV lets you relax with your favorite shows before bed.
For families traveling with young children, a pack and play is available, along with a sound machine to ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone.
Although there is only one bedroom, the condo can comfortably fit up to four guests thanks to the new queen Murphy bed located in the living room.
